Job summary

IMA is a creative agency delivering work across advertising, packaging and retail. We seek a Senior Designer to shape brand, campaign and retail design, guiding concepts from concept to final delivery with strong creative judgment and attention to detail.

You'll collaborate with creative, account and production teams, mentor others, and raise the quality of our work while ensuring projects meet brief, budget and deadline. Applicants from diverse backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior or midweight design experience in a fast-paced agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and craft.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC and production knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts aligned with briefs and brand guidelines.
• Lead projects from concept to final delivery across branding, packaging, digital and retail.
• Present thinking clearly and incorporate client feedback to meet deadlines.
• Maintain high craft standards and prepare production-ready files.
• Mentor designers and contribute to a collaborative culture.
