Job summary

IMA is a creative agency that builds connections people buy into—emotionally and literally. We are seeking a Senior Designer to craft thoughtful, distinctive design across brand, campaign, packaging and retail projects, taking concepts from idea to final delivery.

You’ll bring strong creative judgement, collaborate with account and production teams, and help elevate the quality of work while mentoring other designers and ensuring projects meet high standards.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in a senior or midweight design role.
• Strong portfolio across branding, campaign, packaging and retail formats.
• Confident use of industry-standard design software and production knowledge.
• Excellent project management with ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts informed by briefs, brand guidelines, and audience insight.
• Lead projects from concept through refinement to final delivery across branding, advertising, packaging, digital and retail.
• Present ideas clearly, incorporate feedback, and deliver work to brief, budget and deadline.
• Maintain high standards of craft and prepare production files.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Designer to create thoughtful, distinctive design across brand, campaign, packaging and retail projects. You’ll bring ideas to life from initial concept through to final delivery, combining strong creative judgement with attention to detail and a clear understanding of client and audience needs. Working collaboratively with creative, account and production teams, the Senior Designer wlll help raise the quality of our work, support and inspire other designers, and ensure every project is delivered to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop original design concepts and creative solutions informed by briefs, brand guidelines and audience insight.

• Lead projects from concept through refinement, artwork and final delivery across channels such as branding, advertising, packaging, digital and retail.

• Present creative thinking clearly, respond constructively to feedback and collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver work to brief, budget and deadline.

• Maintain high standards of craft, consistency and accuracy, including checking artwork and preparing production files.

• Support and mentor designers, contribute to a positive creative culture and bring fresh thinking informed by current design trends, tools and techniques.

What We’re Looking For

• Substantial experience in a senior or midweight design role, ideally within a creative agency or similar fast-paced environment.

• A strong portfolio showcasing concept development, visual storytelling and design craft across relevant formats.

• Confident use of industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, and a good understanding of production requirements.

• Effective project management skills, with the ability to balance priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.

• Clear communication and presentation skills, a collaborative approach, sound judgement, and a proactive attitude toward sharing feedback and delivering high-quality work.
