Job summary

e-Merge IT Recruitment is seeking a creatively driven Senior Designer with 6–8+ years of experience to lead design quality across multiple brands and platforms. Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of professional design experience in an agency or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and design execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; Canva knowledge.
• Strong presentation design skills using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Excellent typography, layout, colour, branding and visual storytelling.
• Experience in digital design, social media content and integrated campaigns.
• Experience mentoring or managing designers and approving creative work.
• Knowledge of print production and digital artwork specs.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and AI-assisted tools is advantageous.

• Experience in digital design, social media content, integrated campaigns and corporate communications


• Previous experience mentoring or managing designers and approving creative work


• Knowledge of print production and digital artwork specifications


• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure


• Motion graphics, video editing, Figma and AI-assisted creative tools would be advantageous
