Responsibilities

• Execute daily delivery schedules with precision and efficiency, transporting goods safely to designated locations.
• Operate a variety of delivery vehicles from light vans to larger trucks in accordance with laws and company policy.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report issues.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and proof of delivery; address any discrepancies.
• Provide outstanding customer service during delivery interactions, representing the client professionally.
• Assist with loading/unloading and inventory management as needed.
• Mentor and guide junior delivery staff on best practices in driving and safety.
• Identify opportunities for route optimization and efficiency improvements; report findings to management.

Requirements
