The successful candidate will be responsible for operating commercial vehicles, managing delivery routes, and upholding the highest standards of customer service and safety. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a balance between field operations and administrative tasks that can be managed remotely, ensuring flexibility and productivity. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in delivery services and a strong understanding of logistical operations within South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute timely and accurate deliveries of goods to various customer locations within the Midrand, Gauteng area and surrounding regions.


• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.


• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize transit times.


• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any mechanical issues promptly.


• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions, acting as a professional representative of the company.


• Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery and any exceptions or issues encountered.


• Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required, ensuring proper handling and security.

Requirements

• Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP) and a clean driving record.
