You will design, train, and deploy models, collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field, 5+ years of production experience, and strong Python plus TensorFlow/PyTorch skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong deep learning focus.
• Proven experience building and deploying deep learning models in production.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Solid understanding of CNNs, RNNs, Transformers architectures.
• Experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ML services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in a hybrid work model is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy deep learning models for applications (CV, NLP).
• Implement and optimize neural network architectures using TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Collaborate with data scientists on preprocessing and analysis of large datasets.
• Develop and maintain robust ML pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Conduct experiments and evaluate model performance to identify improvements.
• Stay updated with latest DL/AI research and trends.
