The role offers a hybrid work model with in-office collaboration and remote flexibility to extract insights from large datasets, develop predictive models, and drive data-informed decisions across the business.

You will work with advanced analytics tools, translate complex findings for stakeholders, mentor junior data scientists, and contribute to shaping the company’s data

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics).
• 5+ years in Data Science or similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Python or R and libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong statistical modeling, ML, and data mining knowledge.
• Experience with SQL and large databases.
• Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement statistical models and ML algorithms to solve business problems.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop predictive models for forecasting, classification, and anomaly detection.
• Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis and modeling.
