Competenze

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong focus on financial analytics.
• Proven expertise in machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (with libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or R.
• Experience with SQL and working with large databases.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the Limpopo financial sector is an advantage.

• Develop and deploy machine learning models for financial forecasting, risk assessment, fraud detection, and customer segmentation.
