The role offers a hybrid work model with on-site collaboration and occasional remote flexibility, mentoring junior data scientists and contributing to impactful research initiatives within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in CS, statistics, math, physics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional data science experience with AI/ML.
• Strong Python or R programming skills with TF, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sophisticated machine learning algorithms and statistical models to analyze large-scale scientific datasets.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Collaborate closely with research scientists and engineers to understand project goals and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Perform rigorous data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of analytical results.
• Present complex findings and insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, and apply them to novel research challenges.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual property and publish research findings in relevant scientific venues.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's overall technical growth.
