Belay Talent Solutions seeks a Senior Data Scientist to design and deploy ML/AI solutions across Personal & Private Banking and Digital channels in Gauteng. You will engineer features, build models and validate performance using Databricks notebooks and MLflow, partnering with risk, product and science teams to drive business outcomes.

The role requires advanced analytics, strong coding in Python/SQL, and solid experience with large datasets.

Formación

• Experience building and deploying ML models on Databricks
• Strong feature engineering, selection and optimisation knowledge
• Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions with measurable outcomes
