Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field or nursing qualification required.
• Extensive experience managing multiple data management projects through full life-cycle.
• Strong knowledge of data management processes and related standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Data Team on global clinical trials or central laboratory studies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the CDM team.
• Manage customer relationships and lead negotiations on timelines and budgets.
• Present data management capabilities to clients and support business development.
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, quality issues, resource planning and budgets.
• Provide technical expertise and SME input for CDM tasks and technology.
