Job summary

IQVIA Argentina is seeking a Data Management Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for complex clinical projects, ensuring quality deliverables on time and within budget. You will guide the DM team in study setup, device integration validation, data cleaning, and adherence to contract milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in health/clinical sciences and 3–4 years in data management, including 1 year as a CDM project lead, with strong English and advanced MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field with proven experience in Data Management
• 3-4 years direct Data Management experience, including a minimum of 1 year as a CDM project lead
• English fluency spoken and English advanced
• Advanced computer applications like Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
• Advanced understanding of Drug development lifecycle and overall clinical research process

Responsibilities

• Gather Study Setup requirements through discussion with relevant stakeholders
• With minimal guidance, support validation of new device integrations
• Oversee data cleaning activities to ensure quality and timely deliverables
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and contract timelines
• Assist training of new joiners and participate in sponsor meetings
