Job summary

Discovery Health is seeking a Senior Data Integrity Administrator to join the Data Integrity Centre. You will ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of member data across the organization.

Responsibilities include validating biographical and contact details, processing updates from call center and online portals, and upholding POPIA compliance.

You will drive data quality improvement, support governance initiatives, and collaborate with the Service Lab team to strengthen data governance.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel is essential.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience working in an administration environment - Essential.
• One year’s Data Administration experience - Essential

Responsibilities

• Data Accuracy and Validation: ensure member biographical and contact details are accurate and up to date.
• Data Entry and Updates: process updates to member information from call center, email, or online portals.
• Compliance and Confidentiality: adhere to POPIA and internal policies regarding member information.
• Change Agent: support initiatives to improve data quality governance and integrity frameworks.
• Data Remediation: identify, investigate and resolve data-related errors or complaints.
• Member Communication: verify or update information with members as needed.
• Outbound Campaigns: gather and update member data during campaigns and manage deadlines.
• Create external communication: develop SMS and email messages for members in campaigns.
• High standard of work: deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
