Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of member data across the organization.
• Process or review updates to member information via various channels (call center, email, portals).
• Adhere to POPIA and internal data protection policies.
• Support data quality governance initiatives and data quality improvement projects.
• Identify and resolve data-related errors or complaints.
• Communicate with members to verify or update information when needed.
• Assist outbound campaigns by updating biographical and contact details.
• Develop external communications for SMS and email campaigns as part of campaigns.
• Deliver high-quality work with strong attention to detail.
