Responsibilities

• Strategic Insights Generation—Analyzing trends, audience engagement, and customer journeys to determine campaign effectiveness and optimization opportunities.
• Campaign Execution—Manage leads generation across Card Issuing portfolio and drive campaign performance improvements.
• Subject Matter Expert on management information and BI reporting to enable higher throughput and better decision making.
• Design of sustainable BI solutions addressing business needs and driving process improvements with technology solutions.
