Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong data analysis background.
• Minimum 6 years of data analysis experience, FMCG preferred.
• Proficient in SQL and data querying; able to analyze large datasets.
• Experience with Python, R, and BI reporting tools; Agile/Scrum familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into solutions.
• Gather, process, and analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain data models and schemas to support querying and analysis.
• Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing and enrichment.
• Work with teams to integrate analytics into systems and applications.
• Support strategic planning and data management initiatives.
• Keep up with analytics tech trends and share knowledge with the team.
• Conduct data mining and exploratory analysis to identify patterns.
• Provide insights to Data Engineering for data solution development.
