Job summary

CyberPro Consulting (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town is seeking a Senior D365 Developer to design, develop, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions across the organisation. Under the Technical Lead, translate business requirements into platform implementations, prioritising out-of-the-box capabilities before custom development.

You will contribute to ALM and CI/CD practices, drive platform sustainability, and mentor others while ensuring solution quality and alignment

Qualifications

5–8+ years of software development focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
Proven experience building Power Apps, Custom Pages, and Power Automate solutions.
Experience developing C# Plugins, Custom APIs, and Custom Actions.
Experience with solution deployment, ALM, and CI/CD processes.
Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external applications and APIs.
Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions.
Build and maintain Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps, and Custom Pages.
Configure forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and security models.
Develop reusable platform components and solution accelerators.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and Power Platform best practices.
Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 Plugins using C# and .NET.
Build and consume Custom APIs and Custom Actions.
Extend Dynamics 365 functionality using supported extensibility frameworks.
Implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal or external applications.
Support CI/CD processes and automated deployment pipelines.
Maintain source control, branching strategies, and release documentation.
