Placements24 seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant to join its advisory practice, supporting clients remotely from the Mahikeng region.

You will assess environments, shape cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and security program development, leading security projects and client workshops.

Requirements: Master’s degree, 10+ years in cybersecurity, knowledge of ISO 27001/NIST/GDPR, and strong leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments and risk analyses for clients.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, consulting, or security management.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Proven experience in risk assessment, threat modeling, and security architecture design.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior consultants.
