Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 10+ years in public relations with at least 5 years focused on crisis communications and reputation management.
• Proven experience managing corporate crises and influencing outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with clear, concise messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update crisis communication plans and protocols.
• Lead rapid media response and stakeholder management during crises.
• Serve as primary media spokesperson or train designated spokespersons.
• Conduct media training for executives and crisis team members.
• Monitor media and social sentiment 24/7 for reputational risks.
• Manage relationships with crisis communications agencies and consultants.
• Develop key messages and materials for crisis scenarios.
• Perform post-crisis analysis and recommend improvements.
• Advise senior leadership on reputational risks and strategies.
• Ensure crisis communications align with legal, operational, and security protocols.
