Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in public relations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven success in developing and executing high-impact PR campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Manage all aspects of media relations, including proactive outreach and crisis communications.
• Oversee the creation and dissemination of press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Lead and mentor a team of PR professionals in a remote setting.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align PR strategies with business goals.
