Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end credit and collections processes.
• Ability to manage high-volume debtor portfolios and improve cash flow.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a complex, high-value debtor portfolio.
• Lead proactive collection strategies to meet weekly and monthly targets.
• Resolve escalated disputes within 48 hours while ensuring contractual compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly reports highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Billing, Treasury and Operations to ensure accurate cash application and GRV processes.
