Job summary

Edgexec in Randburg, SA, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage a debtor book in a high-volume fintech environment. You will lead a small team, drive collections, reconcile ledgers, and optimize cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in credit control, proficiency with SAP or similar ERP, and excellent Excel skills. Remote work arrangements are available, with the client offering competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree / National Diploma in Credit Management or Accounting or Credit Management Certificate Level 4 or 5.
• 5+ years' experience in Credit Control and Credit Risk Management.
• Strong track record in successful debt collection.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP ERP and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full credit control function and ensure timely collection of outstanding debt.
• Lead and mentor the Credit Control team while monitoring performance and productivity.
• Manage customer accounts, reconciliations, credit limits, and dispute resolution.
• Produce debtor reports, analyse ageing, and provide recommendations to management.
• Reduce debtor days while maintaining strong customer relationships.
