• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive credit reports and present findings and recommendations to the credit committee.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the performance of existing loan portfolios and identify potential risks.
• Develop financial models to forecast borrower repayment capacity.
• Conduct site visits and client interviews as necessary.
• Stay informed about industry trends and economic conditions affecting credit risk.
• Mentor junior credit analysts and assist in their development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit assessment processes.
