Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager
• Steel Fabrication Costing – Detailed costing & estimating within steel fabrication and construction
• Mining‑sector experience (highly advantageous)
• Contracts Management – Strong practical experience in managing contracts
• FIDIC & NEC3 contract experience essential

Responsibilities

• Costing & Estimating – Prepare detailed costings for steel‑construction and fabrication projects
• Contract Administration – Manage contractual obligations, variations, claims, and compliance
• Commercial Management – Oversee commercial risk, cost control, and profitability
• FIDIC & NEC3 – Apply contractual frameworks to project execution and dispute resolution
• Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with clients, engineers, project managers, and site teams
• Risk Management – Identify contractual risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Reporting – Prepare commercial reports, cost summaries, and contract‑status updates
