Job summary

You will co-create concepts with Category Brand teams, develop compliant formulations, run trials, document results, and collaborate with manufacturing to ensure scalable production while maintaining sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in science and cosmetic formulation knowledge.
• 5+ years in product development within FMCG environment.
• High level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of pioneering cosmetic products and manage supplier/manufacturing interfaces.
• Co-create product concepts with Category Brand teams for consumer research.
• Develop formulations with regulatory considerations and create prototypes.
• Apply sustainable design and drive formulation improvements.
• Coordinate trials, documentation, and data loading into R&D systems.
• Work with outsourcing manufacturers for third-party projects and external customers.
