Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Senior Corporate Paralegal to support its legal department in Stellenbosch. You will manage corporate records, facilitate transactions, and ensure smooth execution of legal processes with meticulous attention to detail.

The role requires at least 5 years of corporate paralegal experience, strong governance knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document software. A hybrid work arrangement and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant paralegal qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
• Strong understanding of corporate law principles and corporate governance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain corporate minute books and statutory registers.
• Assist in preparation and filing of legal documents for corporate transactions.
• Coordinate execution of legal agreements and ensure documentation is filed.
• Conduct legal research for attorneys as needed.
• Support compliance with corporate governance requirements and regulatory filings.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate processes.
