Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney of the High Court with 5+ years in corporate law.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of South African company law and governance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial agreements (service contracts, partnerships, NDAs).
• Provide legal advice on governance, shareholder matters, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in managing corporate filings and maintaining corporate records.
• Conduct legal research on evolving business laws and regulations.
• Support the legal department in managing litigation and dispute resolution.
• Facilitate due diligence and closing procedures for business transactions.
