Placements24 is seeking a Senior Control Systems Engineer to join our innovative team on a fully remote basis. You will design, implement, and maintain advanced SCADA and PLC systems for energy infrastructure, driving reliability and safety across projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, 8+ years in control systems, and hands-on PLC/HMI/SCADA experience with Siemens and Rockwell.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience in control systems engineering and industrial automation
• Deep knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell), HMI development, and SCADA systems
• Experience with Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP network protocols
• Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects in a remote setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and commission advanced SCADA and PLC systems for energy infrastructure and industrial processes
• Implement and optimize automation control strategies to improve system performance, reliability, and safety
• Develop and maintain control system software, hardware, and network configurations
