• Oversee daily Control Room operations.
• Lead Control Room personnel and develop team.
• Oversee CCTV monitoring and surveillance.
• Manage security and safety incidents and investigations.

• Compile and review operational reports.
• Ensure contractual and operational compliance.
• Develop and maintain security procedures.
