Job summary

Isilumko Staffing (Jhb) is seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Specialist to lead complex contracting activities for a 2-month engagement in Sandton. The role covers negotiations, administration and risk management across a portfolio of contracts.

You will drive value realization through full contract lifecycle governance and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate brings 11+ years' related experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 11+ years' experience in contracts, procurement or complex contract management.
• Strong contract negotiation, administration and supplier management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communications and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of contractual risk, compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract establishment, negotiations, administration and management.
• Monitor contract performance against objectives.
• Identify and manage contractual risks and breaches.
• Maintain contract databases and registers.
• Prepare weekly reports on contract status and amendments.
