Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a seasoned writer with strong editorial instincts who can uncover compelling stories about people, places and conservation work. You will research, interview and shape narrative across the consumer journey, rather than just executing briefs.

The role focuses on high-quality, authentic storytelling with a clear brand voice, contributing across marketing, campaigns and editorial platforms.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of professional experience in copywriting, content, editorial or journalism.
• Proven track record writing for consumer-facing brands.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field.
• Experience across digital, social, web, email/CRM and campaign communications.
• Exceptional instinct for language, narrative and storytelling detail.
• Curious with sharp observational and interviewing skills.
• Strong audience and commercial thinking balanced with editorial judgement.
• Clear, precise and adaptable across formats and platforms.
• Capable of both collaboration and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Write copy across brand, campaign, web, social, CRM, email and editorial channels.
• Research destinations, wildlife, communities and conservation work to shape stories.
• Conduct interviews; spend time in the field to source content.
• Guard brand voice, edit and refine copy produced by others.
• Translate briefs into messaging hierarchies, hooks and CTAs.
• Work with CRM, social and performance teams to test content using insights.
• Collaborate across marketing, creative, product, regional and operational teams.
• Contribute to editorial guidelines and messaging frameworks.
