Placements24 is seeking a competent Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the Mahikeng region. This role is vital for managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

You will coordinate with contractors, manage resources, ensure quality control, and maintain regulatory compliance. Required: a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, and a minimum of six years of construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience on commercial and/or residential construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement timely mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project documentation, including permits and contracts, is accurate and up-to-date.
