JenRecruitment Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects from planning to completion. The role provides leadership to Project Managers, Site Supervisors, subcontractors and construction teams to deliver safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

The candidate should have a strong background in roofing and building regulations, with SACPCMP eligibility advantageous and willingness to travel to project sites.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from planning through to completion.
• Develop and monitor construction programmes, schedules and resource requirements.
• Lead and provide guidance to Project Managers and Site Supervisors.
• Coordinate labour, materials, equipment and subcontractors across projects.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, profitability and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure workmanship meets standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Manage subcontractor performance and relationships.
• Identify and resolve construction issues and delays.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate risks to management.
