Bonafide Human Capital (Pty) Ltd in Roodepoort is seeking an experienced Working Foreman for a commercial dealer client. You will oversee technicians, coordinate fleet maintenance and ensure vehicles remain roadworthy.

The ideal candidate holds a red seal as a technician, Code 14 EC with PDP, and has at least three years’ dealership experience, with strong communication and reporting skills. This role requires after-hours readiness and a hands-on leadership approach to maintain service

Formación

• Qualified technician with red seal.
• Code 14(EC) with PDP.
• Experience on FAW, Hino, Scania and UD is an advantage.
• Ability to manage technicians.
• Strong communication with service advisor.
• Ability to compile technical failure reports.
• Diagnose and fault finding.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and implement vehicle fleet maintenance activities.
• Control vehicle fleet activities.
• Compile reports for management information.
• Ensure optimal vehicle availability on a daily basis.
• Ensuring roadworthiness of vehicles.
• Ensure after hours support is given to all service technicians.
• Ensure Service department budget is upheld.
