Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant experience in commercial advisory, deal structuring or contract negotiations.
• 3-4 year university degree or equivalent required.
• Proven ability to structure, draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical insight and knowledge to development and shaping of business strategy.
• Understand industry fundamentals, business models, costs and economics in strategic markets.
• Lead transaction structuring and contract negotiations support for Projects and BD&I.
• Manage rights and obligations of commercial contracts through development and operations.
• Lead the Partnering Framework to identify preferred partners for growth projects.
• Provide specialist commercial advisory on investment opportunities to build sustainable businesses.
• Build internal and external networks to facilitate opportunities.
• Lead negotiation of governance agreements and supply contracts.
