Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train junior cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial premises, identifying areas requiring deep cleaning or special attention.
• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules in coordination with facility managers.
• Operate and maintain advanced cleaning equipment, including industrial floor polishers and carpet extractors.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring adequate stock levels and responsible usage.
• Perform high-level cleaning tasks, including window washing, high-reach dusting, and detailed sanitation of restrooms and kitchens.
• Respond promptly to emergency cleaning requests and maintain composure under pressure.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the workplace.
• Provide regular feedback to management on team performance and operational efficiency.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance at all times while representing the company on-site.

Requirements

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a Senior Cleaner or in a supervisory cleaning role within a commercial setting.
• Excellent knowledge of cleaning chemicals, solvents, and their safe handling.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining various commercial cleaning equipment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
