Job summary

CDW is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to manage a portfolio of customer accounts, drive cash collection performance, and minimise bad debt risk. You will resolve disputes, manage overdue accounts, and support the day-to-day operations of the Collections team to achieve cash flow goals.

The role requires senior credit control experience, strong IT skills, and excellent communication with sales and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior level experience in credit control processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving team environment.
• Appreciation of the Collections industry and its regulatory context.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer accounts within the designated credit limit and aged debt profile.
• Ensure all sums are paid on outstanding accounts to terms.
• Attend regular meetings with sales and other departments to minimise customer disputes.
• Record all summary details of all contact with Customers.
• Process journal adjustments as necessary.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and training staff.
• Refer accounts with problems for escalation and potential litigation.
• Collaborate with Collections Managers on process improvements.
