Isilumko Staffing is seeking an experienced Collections Operations Manager for a leading financial services organization in Gauteng. You will oversee collections, recoveries and credit operations to drive excellence and regulatory compliance.

Lead a high‑performing team, manage delinquent accounts, monitor performance and implement data‑driven process improvements. Requires a related bachelor’s degree and FAIS accreditation with 4–6 years in debt management or credit operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Business Management, or related field.
• FAIS Accreditation.
• 4–6 years’ experience in debt management services.
• 4–6 years’ experience in credit operations, collections, recoveries, or operational risk management in banking/financial services.
• Proven people management experience.
• Experience in process design, optimization, and operational improvement.
• Strong knowledge of collections strategies, recoveries processes, and credit risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day collections and recoveries operations.
• Manage delinquent accounts and execute effective collections strategies.
• Handle escalated customer matters to ensure positive outcomes.
• Monitor collections performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across collections and credit operations.
• Analyze client portfolios to identify trends, risks, and potential areas of concern.
• Provide recommendations to enhance collections, recoveries, and credit risk management practices.
• Lead, coach and develop the collections operations team.
