Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field is required.
• Significant experience in solution and technical architecture for UC/collaboration platforms.
• Proven enterprise solution design and technical consulting experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise collaboration, UC, contact center and CX solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Translate requirements into detailed architectures, designs and roadmaps.
• Lead solution workshops, RFP/RFI responses, and executive technical recommendations.
• Create architecture documentation: high/low level designs, diagrams, specs, integration plans.
• Provide technical leadership and oversee delivery during implementation and deployment.
• Support pre‑sales with compelling technical proposals and SoW development.
