Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Solutions Architect to guide the cloud strategy in Stellenbosch. You will design, develop, and oversee cloud infrastructure and solutions that scale, secure, and optimize costs.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to define architectural roadmaps, adopt best practices, and lead modernization initiatives in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in IT infrastructure, software development, or systems engineering with a strong cloud focus.
• Proven experience designing and implementing complex cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, secure cloud solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Develop blueprints and implementation plans for cloud migration and modernization.
