Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our clinical operations team in Klerksdorp. You will oversee and monitor clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements while maintaining data integrity.

The role involves site visits, data verification, and collaboration with sponsors and site staff to drive high-quality trial execution, with opportunities for professional development within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRA experience with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Thorough understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience monitoring multi-center clinical trials across therapeutic areas.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to interact with site personnel and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and site closure visits for clinical trials.
• Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Verify data accuracy and completeness at study sites.
• Train and support site staff on study protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary liaison between sponsor and investigative sites; resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, monitoring visit reports, and essential documents.
