Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee and manage clinical trials from Rustenburg, North West. You will ensure data quality, protocol adherence, and GCP compliance across sites, while supporting investigators and study teams.

The role requires 5+ years in CRA with senior experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and willingness to travel extensively within the Rustenburg region and beyond. A supportive development environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Proven experience in site monitoring visits and managing trial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits per protocols and GCP.
• Verify data accuracy and integrity through source data verification.
• Manage investigational product accountability at sites.
