IQVIA in Bloemfontein is seeking an Advance level Data Management CDA to oversee study data activities and ensure quality deliverables. You will lead CDAs, coordinate with the Global Data Manager, and drive timely risk mitigation across trials.

The role requires CDA Advanced level experience, RAVE expertise, and a strong foundation in CDISC standards. Collaboration across global teams and vendors is essential for successful trial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Health or Science discipline with experience in clinical research.
• Advanced CDA level: >3 years of Data Management experience.
• Data Management for clinical trials experience mandatory; RAVE experience mandatory.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards (CDISC, SDTM, CDASH).

Responsabilités

• Provide timely status updates including issues & risks to DM and DMLs.
• Act as point of contact for Clinical Data Manager, identifying risks and mitigations.
• May communicate with vendors to resolve reconciliation issues.
• Provide input to Study setup activities (e.g., DVR creation).
• Create and/or provide inputs to Data Management documents (eCRF completion guidelines).
• Review and provide inputs to Data Management documents (IRP, DMP).
• Assign work to CDAs, coordinate with Global Data Manager on priorities and timelines.
• Assist the Data Management Leader in TMF compliance reviews.
• Train and mentor CDA staff.
• May serve as SME and participate in SME forums.
• May act as delegate for Data Manager.
