The role requires extensive data management expertise, leadership, and the ability to drive projects through end-to-end data lifecycle while maintaining quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in clinical, biological or mathematical sciences or nursing qualification.
• 5 years of experience managing delivery of multiple data management projects through full lifecycle, including large trials >1000 patients.
• Thorough knowledge of data management processes and expert data management skills with strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Data Team Lead (DTL) on global clinical trials or centralized studies.
• Provide leadership to the CDM team and manage customer negotiations related to timelines and budgets.
• Lead data operations deliverables through full data management lifecycle and mentor team members.
• Present and contribute to technical discussions, SOP updates, and process improvements.
