Placements24 is seeking a Senior Clinical Aesthetician & Laser Technician for a fully remote position based in Sandton, Gauteng. You will lead high-level skincare consults, design personalized treatment plans, and perform advanced laser and energy-based procedures to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, relevant licenses, and a strong background in Nd:YAG, Alexandrite, and Diode lasers, IPL, and RF microneedling.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Clinical Aesthetician or Laser Technician.
• Certification and licenses in aesthetic therapy and laser operation.
• Experience with laser and light-based devices (Nd:YAG, Alexandrite, Diode, IPL, RF) and dermatology-informed treatments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform advanced aesthetic treatments (laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, fractional laser, IPL, RF).
• Administer specialized facials, chemical peels, and micro-needling.
• Operate and maintain laser and energy-based devices safely.
• Educate clients on protocols and post-care.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans for optimal results.
• Maintain confidential client records.
• Stay updated on latest aesthetics research and tech.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Clinical Aesthetician or Laser Technician, with a strong focus on medical-grade treatments.

• Proven expertise in operating various laser and light-based devices (e.g., Nd:YAG, Alexandrite, Diode lasers, IPL, RF microneedling).
• In-depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and various dermatological conditions.
