Qualifications

• 5–7 years project management experience.
• 3 years experience with Risk management.
• Experience with Climate Risk and/or ESG Environment and Social Governance.
• Experience in the banking industry.
• Procurement experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive business change delivering value through structured project implementation and delivery against time, resources, budget and scope constraints.
• Build working relationships across teams to enhance delivery, collaboration and innovation.
• Implement change management practices, processes and ensure understanding and acceptance thereof.
• Continuously develop expertise in industry and subject matter in area of specialization.
• Manage teams within defined processes, set performance parameters and act as technical coach.
• Implement people resource planning in line with delivery objectives, on budget and with specialised areas.
• Monitor project turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues to enhance client service delivery.
• Manage and advise on projects from beginning to end in alignment with governance guidelines.
• Contribute to development of project budgets and report on resources to meet objectives.
• Compile and maintain project documentation to support delivery and audits.
• Diagnose symptoms and causes to provide solutions.
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties.
• Apply knowledge of products and processes to manage team task execution on quality and time.
• Direct and optimise budgeted resources to meet objectives and deliver results.
