Job summary

Momentum is seeking a customer service professional to support the Retirement and Risk Book of Business. The role focuses on prompt mailbox management, claims checks and timely query resolution. You will work closely with the Administration Manager to ensure accurate admin reporting and compliance with policies.

Strong knowledge of benefits administration and regulatory requirements is essential. The successful candidate will contribute to high client satisfaction and operate within service

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in customer service or financial services.
• Proven knowledge of industry regulations and product knowledge.
• Experience with employee benefits is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team mailbox efficiently and promptly.
• Oversee credit control accounts for retirement and risk book of business.
• Monitor risk claims accruals and assist with admin reports quarterly.
• Check claims and contribution cycles and resolve queries within SLAs.
• Maintain service delivery to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Support administration manager and contact centre as needed.
• Resolve complaints within specified timeframes and implement corrective actions.
