Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Claims Manager to oversee operations in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape. This senior role requires strong leadership and strategic oversight of the claims department, ensuring efficient, fair, and timely resolution of all claims.

The successful candidate will set departmental goals, coach staff, and optimize processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Insurance, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in claims management with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of SA insurance principles and legislation.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with claims management software.
• Willingness to relocate to Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the claims team through recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
