Job summary

Power Group is looking for an experienced Senior Site Agent to join their Civil Department in South Africa, Wes-Kaap. The successful candidate will lead large-scale civil infrastructure projects, managing site teams while ensuring compliance with contractual, safety, and statutory requirements. Ideal applicants should have at least 10 years of planning experience and 5–8 years in a site management role. A degree in Civil Engineering and professional registration as a Construction Manager are preferred. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project planning on large civil projects.
• 5–8 years’ experience as a Site Agent on civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary civil works.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and execute civil construction works.
• Lead and coordinate site teams including Engineers and Foremen.
• Ensure compliance with construction legislation and contract conditions.
• Manage subcontractor performance and productivity targets.
