Communicate Finance is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil projects from planning through delivery in South Africa. You will oversee designs, site inspections, and construction activities while managing budgets, timelines, resources and quality standards.

You will mentor junior engineers, prepare technical reports and tender documents, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety requirements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or BTech in Civil Engineering.
• ECSA registration as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil engineering projects from planning to delivery.
• Oversee designs, reviews, site inspections and construction activities.
• Drive project budgets, timelines, resources and quality standards.
• Build relationships with clients, contractors and project teams.
• Prepare and review technical reports, tender documents and bills of quantities.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations and health and safety requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical excellence.
